As our Clearing the Spring, Tending the Fountain sessions draw to a close, we want to recognize the contribution of our site hosts. These are the individuals and organizations who provide the welcoming spaces all over New Jersey where we hold our sessions.
When planning Spring & Fountain, we seek out locations that offer our teachers an experience that differs from typical Professional Development sessions, which are often held in nondescript conference rooms, crowded auditoriums or school cafeterias. It is our pleasure to introduce teachers to poetry at the same time we introduce them to the cultural, artistic, educational and natural treasures of our state. We welcome you to learn more about these venues—most have programs for the public as well as educational initiatives and special events.
